well wut u have to do is tell yourself that u are gunna lose the weight. all u have to do is put ur mind to it...and i mean really put it there...and u will be able to do it...thats the first thing...second thing is that u need to exercise and walking around the track is a very good start and u should even try jogging around it...u dont have to go fast either just a good steady paste....or maybe if u have a gym around ur house..i like to run on treadmills...and now third thing is that u have to eat healthier....but remember the number one key is exercising and putting ur mind to it...do it for urself!!!!and if not u could do it for ur baby...especially if u dont want him to see u like that.....
