| Reply from Riv, Age 15 - 6/12/03 - IP#: 67.84.208.xxx bigbb_246-c10069 Hey i'm in the same situation u r i weigh abt the same and i'm the same age and height there are a few things that hepled me when i first started i stopped doing them and then started gaining again they are 1> Eat a salad with some cheese and balsalmic vinagar 4 lunch it healthy, good, and filling 2. i drink a lot of soda which is one of my biggest probs so if u do that u may want to cut down 3> also i do a lot of sports and that where my exersice is from it also helps to have friends to support you the majority of my friends arent ovr weight but they all understand and try and help me by not offering me candy and stuff and not complaining that their fat good luck! |
