| Reply from monica, Age 16 - 5/16/03 - IP#: 67.87.177.xxx bigbb_27-c9497 well im so glad that you lost that weight,but starving yourself isnt healthy at all.you should continue the exercise and try to eat healthy food,but not much.if you dont over eat and exercise you will be able to lose that 10 pounds in about 2 weeks.if you dont it is ok because it dosent how long it takes if you really want to lose that weight,but if i were you id forgot about the 10 pounds because your healthy at that age and weight. |
