You will gain weight, water weight really is the term. There is a little pill that reduces the water and you feel as normal like ur not on your period but you are, i don't know how old you hafta be to take this pill but it is found on the normal shelf I think. I am not precisly sure but. Take every precaution you can I hope this helped
