hey im 13. i weigh 140 pounds. im 5'3 im trying really hard to lose weight. i did all kinds of sports. Karate (im a black belt. i have been going to karate for 7 years and take 3 hour classes 3 times a week), i take tennis classes, i swim every other day,and i am also taking ice-skating classes. none of these have helped me to lose weight. i dont look fat at all though but i dont have a very nice figure. for your hieght you are average. i heard not drinking soda,eating any sweets,and also making your food one spoon less every week will cause you to lose 40 pounds in 3 months. but the loseing weight starts after 3 weeks. good luck(my e-mail is: aprildiamond10@yahoo.com and i ceck it every night).
