If you are REALLY ready to lose weight, it's going to take time, so if you are not willing to wait, then you prolly shouldn't start now. I'd like to say a lot more, but I suggest a program called Weight Watchers. With it, you can eat anything and I mean ANYTHING you want to, but it costs you points, and so it teaches you how to manage your food and really watch what you eat.
