Hey sweetheart. 30lbs in 2 weeks is a bit extreme. you could definetely lose 4 lbs though. i know thats not the amount you hoped for, but it would be healthy weight loss and you would be losing actual fat, instead of just water and what not. Also losing weight drastically can actually double the weight you put back on!!
