that's how eveything started with me! I would sneek food too and I put on weight. (I didn't put on a lot, but it did affect my body size etc.) Try and stick to the diet. I know that it's tough and can be rather restricting, but start setting goals for yourself, such as, if you follow the diet properly for a week, or say, 5 days, on the weekend you can have a pizza or something that you usually aren't allowed to have.
