Start slow. dont try to do too much at once or change drastically. start by eating different things, healthier things. i dont sugest running, it may be too hard on ur knees but try to walk a little, even if its only a block. try not to feel bad. yes, you got urself in this but now u are getting urself out and b proud of that. human bodies werent made to lose weight. in the past losing weight was very bad because u could die of starvation. u have to try to trick ur body into losing weight slowly. check with a doctor on what else u can do. ur not disgusting and ugly. keep in mind that u won't b like this forever if u really dont want too. and if u want to eat something fatty ask urself if u really want it and remind urself how proud ull b when u didnt eat it later.
