And what EXACTLY do you mean by skinny? For your age and height, 130 lbs is only 1 POUND over the healthy weight range! If you want to you could lose about, maybe, um, 10 pounds? But if you don't even look bad and you are active and healthy, please don't try to be like everyone else, ok? Because when you do that, that is what makes you depressed and all. And remember that skinny doesn't always necessarily mean healthy. Be happy being you! At least you aren't like, 90 lbs overweight or something. And DO NOT over-exert yourself. You probably aren't an athlete, and if you are not used to doing high intensity activity twice a day, 5 days a week, I don't suggest you start now. Best thing to do is take it slowly because rapid weight loss isn't healthy for ANYone. Also, you should consult your doctor on a healthy weight for you and how much you should lose a week, that is if you don't have a muscular build, and if your doctor says you are OK then you are OK! Oh yeah! and don't forget to go to the school area of BlubberBuster.com, (it's the picture of a school house on the main page of this website), to find the answers to any questions you have, and some great tips and motivational information! |
