The whole wheat bread has lots of fiber and is much healthier. Unused carbohydrates do cause weight gain, but do not cut them out (just try to use in moderation). Look for really healthy bread with no hydrogenated oils and a bit of protien (Some whole wheat bagels have as much as 11grams). Eat and enjoy:) |
