If people do not accept you, it is because they are immature and have issues of their own. If you want to become healthy for yourself, then here is what I recomend. First of all do not push yourself too hard, you are young and still growing. Second, I have been living with an eating disorder since I was 11. Lose your weight the right way, slow and steady (otherwise it changes the rest of your life, I swear!!). Try eating Spicy food to increase your metabolism (and eat around 30-40 grams of fat a day). Find activities you enjoy doing that get you moving (join a sport, learn to rollerblade, etc.) Try replacing high fat foods you love with a lower fat version. Talk to your family for support. It will be O.K., everyone grows up and one day you realize how much you should appreciate yourself. Never let anyone get you down, believe in yourself. And smile:) |
