Hey Gurl! To lose weight eat three HEALTHY meals a day. Try not to eat between meals but if you are really hungry eat a fruit or veggie, they are very good for you. Also drink 8 glasses of water a day. Eliminate foods with lots of fat and calories from your diet. Only go out to eat once a month. Also it's extremely important to get 60 minutes of aerobic exercise every day. Jump Rope while watching your favorite TV show, Hula hoop to your favorite song, Rollerblade, Ride your bike, or anything else that helps you get your heart pumping. I hope this helps Brittany.
