You need calcium or you will have bone loss or damage you don't have to drink milk but do take the pills or something. You are at a very healthy weight. Remember if you stop excerising the muscle will turn to fat. So my advice is to have a healthy rounded diet and enjoy your excerise of choice and have a TPLAY- True, Positive Look At Yourself. |
