| Reply from Jay, Age 13 - 4/24/03 - IP#: 172.155.129.xxx bigbb-c9136 Thats probably not enough. you should be eating according to the food pyramid which is like 6-11 grains 2-4 serv. of fruit (which u did so u dont have to worry about that) more vegies u need 3-5 u need 2-3 servings of protein (meat eggs fish etc.) and try to get some more dairy in ure diet u need 2-3 serv of dairy also i would say cut all fats and oils out of ure diet (food pyramid says use sparingly) wat i try to do is aim for lowest possible amount of each group |
