Try having toast for breakfast or one egg, then for lunch a fruit or yougurt then for supper have a vegetable or small slice of meat. The popsicle isnt helping. You need to have some from each group besides fats and oils. Remember to drink lots of water and try having at least one cup of milk a day. eating like this and excersizing is the key. |
