| Reply from none, Age 16 - 4/23/03 - IP#: 66.224.72.xxx bigbb-c9122 hey gurl...diets isnt the best way to go...because once u get off the diet you gain it all back instead of a diet try eating healthy..like eating 5 small meals every 2-3 hours is good...try like cereal or something in the morning with juice...a midmorning snack like a fruit then at lunch a sandwich or something and midafternoon yougurt then dinner whatever u have cookin on the stove...drink lots of water and exercise is very importnat...at least 30 mins a day...good luck ;) xoxo |
