And, in regard to Michelle's reply, you really cannot lose fat around the stomach area by doing situps. Doing situps only builds muscle. The way to lose fat around the stomach area is to run or walk for at least 20 minutes every day. You should start to see results within a few weeks. Don't get frustrated. |
