Do not resort to such methods, you do not want to become anorexic or bulimic. I was in the same position as you are when I was 14 too and I became anorexic and completely messed my body up. Instead of losing weight I put it on and completely ruined my metabolism. You do not want to develop an eating disorder. From what you have said you are in the healthy weight range so try not to do anything that would sabotage your body. It's not worth it. |
