hey girl, my names kalley im 13 and i weigh 132, im trying to loose about 22. go and buy some pilates tapes, and some kickboxing tapes. do about 300 sit-ups a day and drink lots of water. dont eat after 7. and the key to loosing weight is consistancy, dont stop or it will be real hard! keep us updated!
