that must be like super depressing? But its ok cos you will lose it! Think of what u used to luk like n stuf n just dnt eat any snacks!!! have 5 very small meals a day if possible but if not have 3 meduim meals a day dotn eat after 7 and exercise!!! And dont drink anything other than water! i hope you feel better!!
