| Reply from me, Age 15 - 4/5/03 - IP#: 64.12.96.xxx bigbb_214-c8825 -5 fruits or vegetables a day -8-10 cups of water a day -5 small meals every three hours -don't eat past 7 or 8. -breakfast should be your biggest meal, dinner should be your smallest. -eat slowly, it takes 15 minutes for your brain to register that your tummy's full. don't eat until you're stuffed -hope that helps... |
