hey ik u wanna loose weight but u mus be not overweight tho since u only weight 140 and are 5' 5", maybe i'm wrong. the main part of loosing sizes is eating a healthy diet w/ a lot of water and veggies. make sure to cut out a lot of sweets but still eat all the food groups. look at a food piramid to help you determine wat to eat. wish u luck!
