Try eating 5 smaller meals about every three hours to keep your metabolism up, cut carbs and junk, and drink AT LEAST 8 cups of water EVERY DAY. The water thing works like a charm i promise, you just have to stick with it. I drank 10-12 cups of water a day for about two weeks and all my clothes were nearly falling off of me. hope this helps..... |
