If you want to lose weight you just have to work out and eat healthy skip the fast food and the chips eat more veg.'s and drink more water. It works because i have lost 16 pounds doing this and I am happy with myself...and you have to be happy with your self before you can be happy with you body. Good luck and dont give up because if you do than you lose. |
