thats a terrible idea, if she/he wants to lose weight thats the absolute oposite thing they should do. not eating slows down your metabolism, making it virtually impossible to lose weight, and while you may look skinny the first day or so, the SECOND you eat anything you will gain more weight. help your friend excercise and get into a good eatiing pattern.
