my situation is a bit different tho, ive already lost 30 pounds but now im stuck and im having trouble losing more. ive never lost weight before so im not sure how it works, thats why im askin advice on wat to do now. if anyone knows how to lost weight once uve already lost some and ur stuck then gimme advice thanks
