Maybe you have a thyroid problem? If you really conserned about it ask your doctor. He may be able to help you. Dont eat less. Just eat a light breakfast, a large lunch, and a light dinner. Aviod eating ANYTHING fatty a night. It can wait until morning. For snacks eat some fruit or veggies. I dont eat meat. Its too fatty. 2 tbspoons of Peanut Butter is a days worth of protien. Even though its really nasty, I eat it anyways.
