whatever do you mean? warm weather= GREAT! great for toning your body and losing weight. If you need some off your thighs, (AND stomach) get your bike outta the basement and take it for a ride! go for an hour long bikeride every day, and if you are going somewhere with friends, instead of going by car, suggest walking or bikeriding. Do as many sit ups as you can every night before you go to bed. not a certain number, just do them until you cant any more. don't eat chips or chocolate, or candy. every now and then it's alright, but don't eat it alot. dont go for second and third helpings at breakfast dinner and lunch, just eat what is put on your plate, unless of course it is something fatty. Just try to eat healthy and include exercise as a part of your life. (oh, and by the way- warm weather is also great cause you can go SWIMMING. swimming exercises every part of your body, and helps you lose weight.) and if this doesnt work for you, and you still dont like how you look in your clothes, it could be that the clothes you're buying is too tight for you? or too loose? just try to buy clothes that is well fitted. anyways, hope i helped =) good luck!
