| Reply from Amy, Age 13 - 3/31/03 - IP#: 205.188.209.xxx bigbb-c8770 Hi i know im only 13 but hey im givin you a little advise , im 5'6" and weight 113 i do not eat any kinds of sweets , i eat food very low sugar and fat . it you drink soft drinks , you can like cut down on it or even just stop , itl make a huge difference also i do 100 sit-ups every night and 30 push ups also i do about 60 crunches and about 60 squats for my legs , works like a charm well good luck , if you need any more info e-mail me Diamondqueen1420@aol.com |
