| Reply from angel, Age 14 - 3/28/03 - IP#: 24.118.165.xxx bigbb_213-c8713 Healthy foods for taylor... try to really cut down on pop, chips, etc. fruit is better than juice. eat fruit for a snack too. for breakfast eat fruit, non-sugar cereal, or toast with jam. try not to add anything you know isn't good for you. like try not to use any mayo, and use less butter on your bread. you know what's healthy for you, so just try to substitute healthier foods for unhealth ones. if you have any specific questions relply/post a message. |
