hey Lacy, im Catrina. i saw that you gave advice to my friend Kolleen. you said to use windsor polity tapes. i got some of those about a month ago and i have been using them all the time. i stopped and havent done them for like about 2 weeks because i get to the point where i do them so much they get boring. what can i do? please help me.
