Hey gurl! Well your not too badly over weight. I'm only and inch taller than you, and I way 200 lbs! Your healthy weight range is any where from 150-170. Just eat healthy, drink lots of water, and do workouts that include sit-ups, squats, and wall-sits. (These will help you get the results you want!) If you don't know how to do the squats and wall-sits properlly, talk to a weight training teacher or a sports coach. GOOD LUCK! ERIN
