You should do a diet like... Breakfast- A glass of milk (try to do skim or 1%) Lunch- A Fruit (An orange or apple is what i would recommend)Dinner- A Baked Potato or Salad (on the salad have things like tomatoes,carrots,and if you like dressing non fat ranch or whatever kind you like!) You also need to add exercise to you`re daily routein! good luck! |
