Hey! You don't need to keep yourself eating only on thing. Your body needs to have a certain amount of protiens, natural sugars, and vitamins a day, and your not going to get those by just eating a salad. (And don't worry about not having carrots in your salad because carrots are healthy!) No those diet pills don't help. They may help you lose like 5 lbs, but after so long it comes right back.
