I think that you have to just stop what you are doing ( i did this) and sit down and think about what you are doing. Step back and look at what you are eating and how much exercise you are doing. Then make yourself a plan that you know you will stick to and that fits in with your life. For me, I like counting calories so thats what I do. You have to get back into control. About your mom, why dont you just ask her not to tell anyone. Explain how upset you will be if she does and how this problem is hurting you. I was losing weight for years on my own diet plan and no one knew about it, not my family or even closest friends cause I was too embarressed to tell anyone. You can do it alone, and I believe you can do it! |
