Actually, you might lose a lot of weight at camp because of lack of access to snack food and potato chips, etc. Plus all the exercize. No matter what, you will come back lighter in weight. AS for the before the camp method, try eating smaller portions. eat more veggies when ur hungry, and make sure you eat 3 fruits a day. Skip all soda, and drink water. when your really hungry and dont have access to food, drink a lot of water. it gives you the feeling of fullness.
