And you should exercise too, for about 30 minutes atleast everyday. That should make you lose weight, it works for most people. It takes some time but it's worth the wait!! I used to be your size and now I'm 100 pounds(45kg) and I'm 5'7(170 cm). Oh and 5'5 is 165cm! |
