I know exactly what you mean! Things like that happen to me all the time and my mum says the customer is always right but I hate arguing it makes me scared and especailly with people who are older than I am! I don't like full cream milk but I often go to a coffe shop with my friends after school (I live in London). Because I'm ex-anorexic (as you know) my mum and my doctor want me to drink semi-skimmed rather than skimmed milk and that's OK with me but lots of times when I asked for a semi-skimmed cappucino they gave me skimmed. Now I'm used to semi so skimmed tastes too un-milky! So when I ask now I say "I'd like semi-skimmed, that's SEMI not just skimmed OK?" and I lean over the counter and watch them while they make it! My friends say it's cheeky but I don't care, at least I get what I pay for!!! Your post made me laugh! I'm sorry you're pissed off but it was funny cos I knew exactly what you meant!!!!!!
