Anyway, you should eat low calorie foods which will fill you up heaps. Like eat heaps of salads with a nice low cal dressing cause veggies are basically water and fibre and they fill you up but have like hardly any calories. Also drink water to curb the cravings and chew sugar free gum. Also i find it helpful if i keep a packet of sugar free mints on hand. it feels like im eating something but im not really and they have no calories. hope this has helped you! |
