I used to eat like that a long time ago but then I learned a better way which actually helps you to lose weight. You need to eat most of your calories in the morning, cause its when your metabolism is burning the fastest. So eat a big brekkie, i have tea and cereal and fruit. Then eat 3 smaller meals throughout the day and your last meal dinner eat at about 7pm. Then eat nothing until the next day. After about a week you wont even be hungry at night. I know Im not anymore. And so youll stop craving junk and when you wake up youll be like yum breakfast which is really good for you. If you eat late at night you cant burn off those calories cause you just go to bed so they just store as fat. So eat during the day and you wont be hungry at night!
