Beans have alot of protine in them so eat those. Try also to by Slim-Fast bars/ shakes to help maintain ur mineral count. Vitumins also you should take (one-a days). Now, eat three meals a day, and two snacks. I love, just love, ceral with skim milk.Try that. Somthing healthy, like raisin bran is good. Good Luck!!! |
