And I weigh a lot more than you do so dont even go there with me. ANy way, some exercises you coulld do would be: lay in bed on your side and have your legs slightly bent and lift your legs and then bring them back down but dont touch your other leg when you do come down. This should help your thighs. DO it until you can tpossibly do it anymore!! It will work, trust me!! |
