hey i learned some tips i like to share with u ,... 1st off eat a lil breakfest... then for lunch and super use a small plate and do not go for seconds or don't eat that much and give ur friends some of ur food... or pack a lil lunch .. me and my friends pack luch has a slim fast bar and salad with no or lil dressin... and water... drink water not cokes... and do not eat after 7:30 or 8 every once in a while wright down what all u had that day see if u are cuttin down.. and also...go on walks do 100 curl-ups and 100 sit-ups also i heard if u do cut down on cheese and ice cream it will help to Good Luck and e-mail me and tell me how u are doing--- at sportsgrl_05@hotmail.com everything will be ok
