first off what i would do is get up earlyer... like i do to eat a lil something cause if u eat no breakfest and start with lunch most of that goes to be fat... then eat lil amount of lunch and super... no eating between meals.... and when u eat lunch and super try to use a smaller plate or give ur food to friends... if u at school... and then exercise... do 100 curl ups and 100 sit ups thats what i do and i lost 3 lbs in 1 1/2 weeks good luck with it and i know it does not sound like 3lbs in 1 1/2 weeks does not sound like much but i helps GOOD LUCK
