hey, my dad has given me a goal to work towards. maybe this will help for you or not i dont know. im 4'8 and 117 ilbs. my dad gave me a goal that when i lose the 17 pounds, get down to a hundred, and can get into girls clothes again, he'll give me $100 maybe something like that will give you confidence to lose the weight. stacey
