Our bodies can only metabolise 2 lbs of fat per week, thats a scientific fact. So by you losing 7lbs in a week or something you are actuall losing muscle and water, and some fat. Did you know that muscle burns heaps more calories even when you are sleeping, and that fat burns nothing?!? So the aim of losing weight is to lose fat. I think you need to get back to reality, and start trying to learn how to be balanced in your eating. I know you are probably not going to listen, youll probably say, i dont care i just want to be skinny. But at least think about what ive just said. |
