| Reply from lili, Age 13 - 2/27/03 - IP#: 64.157.116.xxx bigbb-c8175 this is an everyday thing i do not no if it will work or not with u everyone is differnt: breackfast: 2 pieces of toast and glass of milk lunch: pb and j sandwhich with anykind of fruit as much fruit as u want dinner: whatever u usually eat like if u eat ur whole plate then cut it in a half or a third if u are still hungrey after that then eat fruit or veggies REMEMBER TO DRINK PLENTY OF WATER AND TO EXERCISE FOR 10-40 MINS. 3 TIMES A WEEK. if that is less then u usually eat then u should lose about 2-5 pounds a week so that would mean by the time june comes around you will have lost somewhere between 26 and 65 pounds it all depends on how fast or slow ur matabolism is. love ya lili p.s. hope u see some results soon!!! |
