yes, carrots will help lose weight. it is a veggie, or fruit, or i dunno, but it will help. the reason is that they are healthy! eat more helthy food. corn, beans, peas, and etc always have helped me to be healthier and skinnier!! i dirink slim fast, and it works! my mom lost 15 pounds using it by drinking one a day, and then right after, walking around outside!!!
