unfortunately there is no way to get rid of specific areas of fat. see, when you lose weight you lose it everywhere on your body. When i used to be thinner my thighs didnt rub but now that im fatter they do. I think maybe you need to lose about 10 lbs or so. Walking is a good place to start. good luck!
